Traveling with Milton Chorus

Milton Chorus believes that traveling is a positive experience for developing musicians. The program regularly travels, both regionally and abroad, to help give students the opportunity to interact with new music and cultures, work with different directors, participate in new educational opportunities, and develop ensemble unity. Our trips have historically included workshops with college music departments, choral competitions and adjudications, and performance opportunities in various venues, among other things. 

 

Trip Cycle

Milton Chorus works on a three-year trip cycle: a Regional Trip, an International Trip, a Disney Trip, and then back to a Regional Trip. Past trips have included college visits to the University of Alabama, Kennesaw State University, the University of Georgia, Georgia Southern University, Rollins College, and Stetson University. Trip locations have included New Orleans, Gatlinburg, New York, Washington D.C., Germany/Austria, and Italy, to name a few.
